Please review, sign and submit the Junior Camp (Throwing) form from the Class Forms page. This form is required for your child to participate in this course.

Students can cancel their course up to 2 weeks before the start date of the course - cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the start date will forfeit 50% of course costs; cancellations after class has started forfeit full class price.
Cancellations made by the instructor for any reason will result in a full refund per class cancelled.
